1. NAME OF COMPETITION:
UKTV Play Survey prize draw (the "Prize Draw").
2. METHOD OF ENTRY:
You will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw by completing all questions in the UKTV Play survey sent to you by email and submitting your response. By completing the survey, participants agree to be entered into the Prize Draw.
Completion of the survey is not necessary to be entered into the Prize Draw. If you would like to be entered into the Prize Draw only, please send an email to info@maruedr.com stating your full name and with the subject "UKTV non-completion" and you will be included within the draw.
3. PRIZE:
There will be three prize winners (the "Winner(s)").
The first eligible winner to be picked at random will receive a £100 Amazon gift card and the second and third eligible winners to be picked at random will each receive a £50 Amazon gift card (each a "Prize"). Winners will be notified by email.
The Winners will be awarded at our discretion and no Prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of an entrant. No alternative Prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable.
However, UKTV reserves the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
Each Winner agrees to absolve UKTV from any liability that may result from or is claimed to have resulted from participating in the Prize Draw or from the acceptance or use of the Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way limits UKTV's (or any other person or organisation's) liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
It is your responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes which may be due on prizes and to assess whether the prizes are suitable for you and to read and comply with any safety notices or instruction manuals delivered with any prize.
4. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:
All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and a legal resident in the UK. Only one entry per person is allowed and in the case of multiple entries, only the original entry will be counted.
Employees of UKTV and any company associated with the Prize Draw and their relatives are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
All entrants must have the internet service or mobile device bill payer's permission prior to entering.
Entrants may be required to provide proof of identification and/or age before claiming the Prize.
UKTV accepts no liability for any invalid, incomplete entries or entries not received by UKTV.
Proof of transmission of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No 'bots' or similar automated third-party software will be allowed and use of such software will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Where a Winner has been selected and UKTV discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that Winner has used a 'bot' or similar third-party software to submit multiple entries, UKTV shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner.
Any alternative winners will be selected according to these terms and conditions.
5. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD:
The Prize Draw will be open between 23rd October 2017 and 11.59pm on 22nd December 2017 (the "Prize Draw Period").
Any entries received outside the Prize Draw Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply.
6. WINNER SELECTION:
The Winners will be selected at random at the end of the Prize Draw Period from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. Winner selection by UKTV is final and no correspondence will be entered into whatsoever regarding Winner selection.
If you are a Winner, we will notify you by email within 14 days of the end of the Prize Draw Period. Winners must claim their Prize by successfully responding to our email within 14 days. If you do not respond within this time period, you may forfeit your Prize and alternative winners may be selected in accordance with the winner selection procedure set out above.
7. PROMOTER AND PRIZE PROVIDER:
The Promoter and prize provider in relation to the Prize Draw is UKTV Media Limited ("UKTV"). Our registered office is at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 7AP.

8. PUBLICITY:
Entry to the Prize Draw gives UKTV the right, without separate consent or compensation, to publicise any Winners' names and counties and to make further use of these in printed publications and on the Internet solely for administering the Prize Draw in accordance with applicable law.
9. LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
